The Mass Spectrometry Association is assigned to the Atomic, Molecular, Quantum Optics and Photonics (SAMOP) Section of the DPG.
In her new position, Karin Hain aims to increase the visibility of mass spectrometry and its diverse and interdisciplinary applications, from fundamental physics using precision mass measurements to the field of environmental sciences using isotope markers.
